Based in the Midlands, with easy access to the motorway network, RHMA undertake an almost equal number of instructions on behalf of both Claimants and Defendants. Approximately 37% of our current instructions are on a joint basis.

Many RHMA Consultants have employment experience with the Health and Safety Executive in addition to their Industrial experience in their core discipline. We have considerable experience in the provision of expert reports for large group actions, often requiring a multi-disciplinary approach, in mining, rail, gas, water, manufacturing and textile industries dealing with claims in connection with noise, VWF, Carpal Tunnel Syndrome (CTS), dust, fume and asbestos exposure.
